TUBULAR 4 LOOPS CONSTRUCTION
The Tubular Bag design is one of the most commonly used in flat packaging. This consists of a single piece of fabric made into a cylindrical shape and the two edges stitched together. The top and bottom panels can either be sealed or flat panels attached to both sides, thus forming a cylindrical bag.
FORM STABLE 4 LOOPS

Constructed with inner diagonal walls (baffles), which are sewn across the four corners and which ensure that the big bag keeps a rectangular shape when filled.

One and two loops are simpler and more economical than 4 loops on the corners and are mainly used for lifting big bags with smaller capacity (from 500 to 1000 kg). One or two loops for lifting are mainly used for custom made jeans packing fertilizers, as it is the easiest was for agricultural users to manipulate with one loop.
